THE BRIEF
Balancing natural light and storage in a turn of the century loft unit.
A total gut renovation of a loft apartment in NoHo with an involved and knowledgeable owner.
The standards were high and every element was custom, from a soaking tub made in Alaska to parchment-wrapped entry door panels. Balancing care and quality with schedule was a daily challenge.
The project was delivered to the owner's standard.
KEY SCOPE
- Custom light-wood millwork throughout
- Cove-lit entry gallery with full-height storage
- Built-in library with integrated lighting
